Spring quarter practices will begin Wednesday, April 2nd. Pracices will be held on Wednesday from 8pm-10pm.
Practice will be held on the
football practice field. This field is just east of Husky Stadium and is marked on the map as the "Outdoor Practice Facility."
In preparation for practice players should build their strength and fitness. Coming into practice
in shape and ready to play will allow us to focus on the game. Information
about offseason strength training can be found at
www.usarugby.org.
