Gabe (pictured holding trophy) started playing rugby in Singapore for Saint Joseph's Institution and then Raffles Junior College. Playing primarily as a back rower, he represented Singapore in the age group development system and started playing Men's conference rugby at 16, first for Wanderers RFC, and then later for Oldham RFC. Following his military obligation in Singapore, he moved to Seattle to attend University of Washington and played on the team that clinched the D1-AA National Championship in Utah in the 2013-2014 season. Injury prior to his sophomore year resulted in Gabe picking up coaching and was a member of the coaching team that won the NCRC title in 2015-2016 season.  For the 2018-2019 season, Gabe is stepping into Directorship in partnership with coach Tyler Siceloff.
