Match Preview: TWU
The Huskies will head north to Langley, BC for a non-conference match against Trinity Western University

On Saturday, the Huskies will head north to Langley, BC for a non-conference match against Trinity Western University. Their top team competes in D1A against the likes of Cal, St. Mary's, and Life. We usually play their 2nd XV, though all their players are on some form of rugby scholarship except a few on-campus recruits. This is TWU's final game, and they plan to play some graduating seniors for part of the game, which means we will have to step up!
In the fall, we came up short 19-31 at home. We are a much improved side, and this should be a competitive game despite our first-side players being unable to travel or recovering from injury. We welcome a couple of new names into our extended travel squad this weekend, in what will surely be an exciting matchup.
