Match Recap: University of Oregon at UW
UW hosted the Ducks at home on Saturday. There seems to be a trend where we start the game with a deficit, and this week our comeback was not enough. The final score UW 10-38 UO.

The Dawgs fought hard and there were some great individual efforts, but lacked team alignment, and rugby IQ and experience again exposed us. We were missing 3 key starters Saturday, which meant less experienced players got their shot. One of whom was Sophomore Jake Osbourne-McKenna, who was playing his third game and played out of his skin, carrying for lots of meters and working hard in contact.
Tries were scored by scrumhalf Zach Lilja and #8 Orion Lehnert de Smet. Orion had to miss the previous two games but had been training and was clearly ready to make waves, after steamrolling multiple ducks and making ground on every carry he was rewarded with a try.
